President-General Yurog Tutak is the current leader of the Eastern European nation of Molvania.
He was somehow involved with death of an opposition leader. Notably, he awarded Jerko Guglob III's (whom Tutak serves as an account) construction company to build a showpiece for Molvania's new Parliament House, The Opposition Leader's Tomb.
